Intake. A free, unhurried conversation with a Bond Continuation Coach. We ask about your companion, your household, and the kind of Continuum that would feel right. Most intakes happen in your home; some at our Carmel Valley facility.

Sacred Transition Window. The 24 to 72 hours after intake. We hold the logistical and emotional space — coach availability is around-the-clock — while you say goodbye on your own terms. Nothing moves until you are ready.

Artisanal Rendering. Single-source, single-batch processing at our certified facility. Every continuation is named, tracked, and overseen by the same coach who took your intake. Industrial methods are never used.

Curation. Final products are hand-finished, packaged in their hand-thrown ceramic vessels, and quality-reviewed by the Continuum Council. Your Reunion Box is assembled to the exact composition of your chosen tier.

Reunion Delivery. Your Reunion Box arrives within 21 business days (14 for Family Heirloom). Your coach calls within 48 hours of delivery for the first integration check-in. The 30, 60, or 90-day plan begins from there.
