What we collect

When you reach out to Recycled Pets, we collect the information necessary to support a coach conversation: name, contact details, your companion's name, species, and any background you choose to share. If you proceed to intake, we collect billing and shipping information.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the requested service, follow up at the agreed-upon checkpoints (30/60/90 days), and improve our internal training. We never sell or rent your information. Coach conversations are confidential and are not used for marketing.

Continuum file retention

Your Continuum file — the record of your continuation, traceability statement, and coach notes — is retained for the lifetime of the household plus seven years. You may request a copy or full deletion at any time.
